With EVGA nForce 680i SLI 775 AR I had too much problems so at last I have Intel D975XBX2 (Intel's work-name for this mainboard is Bad Axe II ;D): www.intel.com/products/motherboard/d975xbx2/index.htmI don't think that EVGA nForce 680i SLI 775 AR is bad mainboard but need some time for bugs elimination.

Nice but you will have to trade your 8800 for 2 ATI cards to take full advantage of it

Nice but you will have to trade your 8800 for 2 ATI cards to take full advantage of it 2x 8800? Intel 975 chipset only supports ATI crossfire not Nvidia SLI, so 2x 8800 is impossible with that board Maybe ;D I don't like ATI hardware The new ATI chip looks awesome, beats the 8800gtx with only reference beta drivers

Intel 975 chipset only supports ATI crossfire not Nvidia SLI, so 2x 8800 is impossible with that board Yes, that's true, but: 1. sooner or later I change back my MaBo to EVGA nForce 680i SLI 775 AR, I wait for new revision of this MaBo 2. think I never buy second VGA for SLI - power increasing with SLI is approximately 30% - so better and cheaper way is new faster VGA (8800 GTX Ultra or so) than 2x 8800 GTS.
